Access to Medical Records Requests

Please be aware that we are experiencing a high level of requests for access to records and are managing other pressures relating to the delivery of services under the current pandemic conditions. 

We want to ensure the accuracy and safety of all our patient’s medical records and so, although we will endeavour to fulfil these requests promptly and within the expected timeframes, we may not always be able to do so.  We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
